Eye Cream

My esthetician suggested I start using eye cream.  Rather than ask "Why?" or "What would make you say that?" I said "How?"  Such a me response.

She giggled a lot while I grilled her on how to apply eye cream -

 - under my eye?

 - on my eye lid?

 - rub it in?

 - everywhere?

She gave me pointers & got me talking about my "skin care regimen" - again, I'm not that girl.  I realized I do use a lot of products that I really don't understand.  I bought the eye cream & will use it, but want proof that it works (I'm not mentioning the price).
