Nursery accoutrement search on the internet - or - WTF?

I was honestly just looking for some accoutrements for the curtains - hooks, tie backs, finials - that would look good with the curtains & ended up in a strange world of nursery swag.  I don't even know what much of this stuff is for or if I need it!

This is a "Diaper Stacker"

I don't have any idea why I would need a diaper stacker.

This set, I actually liked.  But the dust ruffle on the crib?  Really?
